A livery owner and manager at Llyn Helyg. Gwen has bred and showed welsh cobs for the past 12yrs. She is a mother of three girls which means her life is full of fun. She loves to socialize with her family and friends.

She is a bit of a joker – something that obviously runs in the family as her brother Arwel proved by “accidentally” forgetting to leave the cab after maneuvering the digger for the Miss February shot!

Miss February from Caerwys

Welsh speaking mother of two from Caerwys, and sister to Miss July, Shan has worked as a Weight Watchers leader for the past ten years.
She has always battled with her weight at her heaviest she was 17 stone. She became a leader to keep her weight off, although she still has all the curves in the right places!

Miss March from Rhuddlan

A very busy grandmother to six, Linda loves to spend time driving her pony and cart.

She is a very talented seamstress who can turn her hand to any project.


fionaFiona Franks (43)

Miss May from Rhewl, Mostyn

Fi fi to her friends, Miss May is a self-employed mobile hairdresser.

Originally from Liverpool, she “emigrated” to Wales along with her sister  (Miss November) and has two teenage daughters who are studying at college.

In her spare time Fiona looks after her three horses. She also likes to spend time with family and friends, eating out and socializing. This one is never short of something to say!

Miss June from Connah’s Quay

Mother of three children the eldest being 21, Lisa is kept busy through the week with her secretarial work, while at weekends she enjoys watching her son compete at Moto-Cross events.

When she does manage to have some time to herself she likes to ride her horse ‘Syd’.


niaNia Lloyd-Jones (35)

Miss July from Denbigh

Local businesswoman and mother of two energetic boys, Nia is expecting her third child in November.

Sister to Miss February, she’s a hard-working, independent married woman who runs her own business making vintage plates into desirable trendy cake stands for the 20th century trend setters.


teresaTeresa Sarginson (41)

Miss August from Meliden, Prestatyn

As well as working in the legal profession, Teresa has a 10 year old daughter and enjoys keeping fit by running every morning with her dog.

She has two horses and loves to spend most of her spare time riding and looking after them.


franFrances Davies (44)

Miss September from Lloc, Holywell

Doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty whether she’s helping her fiancé on the farm or doing her job as a chicken rearer on the chicken farm. When she’s not working she’s spending time training her horse ‘Eden’.


diane2Diane Roberts (51)

Miss October from Greenfield, Holywell

As manager/owner of Complete Care Enablements, her role is a very stressful one but rewarding one.

Mother of two Diane likes to get away to her villa in Spain with her family when she has the time, a place where she can relax and enjoy some peace and quiet away from her demanding job.

Miss November from Greenfield

Mother of two Lisa is a hairdresser/beautician.  Originally from Liverpool (she is a sister to Miss May) she likes beach holidays in the sunshine, where she finds time to relax and spend time with her children.

Lisa is another young lady who likes to live life to the full!
